Imagine stepping into a wilderness sanctuary so secluded and pristine that only a handful of guests share the experience—a place where conservation and community go hand in hand. Porini Mara Camp, tucked deep within the Ol Kinyei Conservancy, offers exactly that: intimate access to one of Kenya’s most remarkable wildlife habitats. Over 3 to 5 days, you’ll immerse yourself in the rhythms of the African bush, led by expert Maasai guides on day and night game drives, walking safaris, and tranquil moments under the stars. This is safari as it used to be—off the beaten path, deeply personal, and utterly transformative.
In these few days, you’ll also connect with a powerful conservation story. Porini Mara Camp is more than just a place to sleep—it’s part of a sustainable tourism model that supports local Maasai communities and protects critical wildlife corridors. Your stay helps fund land leases, conservation efforts, and community initiatives, meaning your adventure has a meaningful impact beyond just the memories you take home.
About the Camp & Highlights
Porini Mara Camp is a small, eco‑tented safari camp located in the 18,700‑acre Ol Kinyei Conservancy, adjacent to Naboisho Conservancy. The camp consists of just six spacious tents (five guest tents and one family unit) nestled along the Laetoli spring, ensuring privacy and a serene, uncrowded safari experience. The camp is entirely solar powered and designed to leave minimal footprint—if removed, nature would soon reclaim the site.
