Stay at: Little Governors’ Camp — a luxury safari camp with 17 tents nestled around a seasonal marshland teeming with wildlife on the edge of the Masai Mara National Reserve.

Little Governors’ Camp is accessed by a short boat ride across the Mara River and a guided walk through riverine forest, keeping the camp secluded and tranquil. The intimate setting allows wildlife to roam freely—often right past your tent or dining area. Each tent boasts a wooden deck and veranda with sweeping views of the waterhole, where warthogs, elephants, birds, and other wildlife are frequent visitors.
